Crandall Farm's Products
Honey
Our locally harvested honey is rich and full of antioxidants. Since we harvest only a few times a year our honey is a mix of nectar gathered from apple blossoms, golden rod, locust, and alfalfa, genuinely enhancing the flavor with local varieties of flowers. We also do not pasteurize our honey so it retains all of it's natural health benefits. We sell several sizes of honey: 8oz., 12oz., 16oz., pint, quart, and 5lbs.
Candles
Our candles are made from pure beeswax and burn cleaner and more efficiently than paraffin candles bought in stores. The candles we usually sell at market are a leaf floating candle, a small pillar candle made to look like rolled wax sheets, and a small bee skep candle. We occasionally have actual rolled candles but because of such a demand for them we usually don't keep many in stock before they're gone.
Honey Candy
The honey candy we sell is a honey filled hard candy. Good for sore throats or just to keep around as a sweet treat. We have 6 flavors: Orange, Strawberry, Lemon, Green Apple, Pineapple, and Natural Honey.
Wax
Pure beeswax can sometimes be hard to find, especially when you need it. After collecting honey over the years we have only accumulate so much of it. It's used in some of the beauty products that have sometimes made it to market to be sold and we also sell it as blocks so that you, the consumer, can use it for whatever you need. Some common uses for beeswax are for an ingredient in furnisher polish, sewers and quilt ers use it for their thread, and jewelry makers use it to coat their saws, so that it doesn't wear as much. We use our wax in the pure beeswax candles that we sell at market.
Honey Soap
Our honey soap is unique and loved by many customers. It's a glycerin base and with our honey and essential oils it does everything from basic cleaning to softening and soothing the skin. I myself have sensitive skin and it's a wonderful replacement for some facial scrubs .
Honeystix
Honeystix are definitely our most popular item. Honey mixed with flavoring is put into a small straw. It can be used to stir into your coffee or tea or just to suck on. A favorite of every kid who comes to market. We have so many flavors for you to try I can't even list them all.
